Unless noted our packages do not include airfare, but you can log on to USTravelStar.com or at your request we can make air reservations. There is no fee for booking air online. However a service fees of $25 for up to four passengers, and $5 each additional passenger (capped at $50) for assisted reservations.
All final documents for our tours or travel packages are sent 7-10 days prior to the departure of your trip, using two day FedEx. Once you make your reservation you will receive email containing all travel details. Final documents will include hotel/car vouchers, tickets, special airfare and city/stadium information about your trip.
All packages are based upon availability at the time of booking and are subject to change.
We specialize in offering our clients four and five star properties like Marriott and Sheraton Locations. We can also accommodate our customers with hotels like a Days Inn or similar properties. When it comes to event proximity, we try and accommodate our clients to the best of our ability by arranging for their hotels to be as close to the stadium or event as possible. In some cases, because of the demand for an event, your hotel property will not be as close but the quality will be the same as properties located near the event. We work closely with many hotel properties to have ample availability throughout the regular season.
Absolutely, we can make modifications to one of our pre-designed programs. Or, we will develop a complete sports travel, hospitality or incentive program based on your specifications.
Single, Double, Triple and Quad are how many people are sharing each room. For example if there are 2 people attending the race, the price would be the “double” and that price is per person. Click on the Price and it will give you the total price for all of the people in the package. Unless noted all prices shown on our site based on double occupancy.

In some instances we have tickets from unsold individual and group tour packages. At that time we will contact members of our database, place a special advertisement on our site. You can sign up for email updates through are site, and be made aware of any availability of game tickets..

If you email us the sell request, please be sure to include the event, date of the event, section, row, seat numbers and desired price. A Ultimate Sports Purchasing Agent will return your email within 2 business days if they are interested in acquiring your tickets
Ultimate Sports Travel purchases tickets to most all sporting events, especially premium College Football games, NFL football games and other College Sports and Pro Sports games. We also pay top dollar to buy tickets for Championship Events like Super Bowl tickets, Kentucky Derby tickets, Final Four tickets, US Open tickets and Masters Badges. Major Sports Events Deposit/ Balance
A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of booking your reservation. Any remaining payment is due 90 days prior to commencement of travel.
Customized Independent Travel Programs Deposit/Balance
Non- refundable payment in full is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation of Major Sports Events, Customized Independent Travel Programs
All payments are non- refundable from the time of booking. No refunds will be given for unused portions of a program. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, Ultimate Sports Tours and Travels shall not be responsible for accommodations and transportation prior to and beyond the original scheduled date of the event. Third party optional insurance is available for coverage upon request and is suggested.
Changes of Information
We are happy to accommodate any changes to your trip whenever possible. Whether it is a Major Sporting Event or Independent Travel Program, all changes are based on availability. At the time the change is made, a $25 administrative fee will be required to make revisions.
